As promised, here are our decorated trees. We decorated ours
last Sunday, as did Pat and Nancy.

Our tree is huge. We had to move our recliners. Terry and I
had some difference of opinion about whether the tree is straight (it isn’t),
but it doesn’t seem to show up too much in the photo. It looks really bad when
the lights are off.

My folks have downsized their tree also as they refuse to
get on ladders or reach very high. It works out, particularly since our trees
are mostly young. Mom and Dad differ in their tree decoration preferences.
Their compromise is to alternate years. My mother had last year. Dad’s theme
for the year was hand-made paper decorations. He worked all week on it, just
finishing yesterday. It is elegant.
